AFT1006

is a high coefficient rigid molded composite, available in slabs, or segments for shoe and band applications.  Its coefficient stability and good wear rate make it particularly suitable for industrial and offroad use.  AFT1006 can be grooved, slotted, drilled, water cut and machined to desired specifications.  AFT1006 is best machined using either carbide or diamond tipped tooling.  AFT1006 is extremely aggressive and not recommended for use against aluminum or soft metals.
